How did you get started?
I worked at a large firm where small clients always came last. I started Brightline so they’d come first.
What makes your business different?
Every client gets a monthly check-in call, not just a panic meeting in April.
What was the hardest lesson so far?
Letting go of clients who weren’t a good fit. It felt wrong at first, but it made the whole business better.
What advice would you give another owner?
Keep your books monthly, not yearly. It saves you money and stress.
What’s next for you?
Launching a flat-rate bookkeeping package for new businesses in their first year.
